Hi there! The phrase above encapsulates my philosophy in teaching, which is to guide my students towards a sustainable vocal production that lets their own unique sound shine and is enjoyable to use. Singing should feel good! And importantly, it should facilitate communication and story, not inhibit them. 

I strive to keep my studio a safe space for exploration and experimentation; we will make lots of weird and silly sounds together! My teaching combines principles from voice science and vocal pedagogy research with the individual needs and goals of each student. Whether you need preparation for a specific performance/audition or just want to get comfortable accessing your singing voice, I will be committed to helping you reach your goals. I teach all levels and genres (classical, pop/rock, etc.), but I specialize in Musical Theater. I teach both in-person and online lessons.

Teaching has always been my greatest passion, and to get to do it with the art that I love is an even greater joy.
